The works shown are illustrative reference examples — public-domain museum works representing the categories and calibre Scion advises on. They are not offered for sale; available works are presented to clients by enquiry.

Post-War covers roughly 1945 to 1970, a period of rapid stylistic diversification in which many artists remain documented by foundations and estates still actively maintaining records. Scion treats this proximity as an asset: artist foundations, studio archives, and surviving exhibition history often allow ownership and attribution questions to be resolved with unusual precision. We look for direct traceability to the artist or an early exhibiting gallery, and for condition assessment appropriate to the frequently experimental materials of the period.
