Here we will be displaying and selling art generated by four prisoners - all of whom are housed in a 24 hour lock down unit in an Oregon Penitentiary. Graphite, Pen and Ink are the mediums used. Recently, Coloured Pencil is sometimes available to the inmates. All of the art is sprayed with a sealant, photographed with a copy sent back to the artist, then framed. |

The artists expressed to me on day, "We want to do something for kids. We have all been in foster homes and would like to do some pieces and have the money to go to a foster child or at least for kids." So... the money from all art collected on this page will go to benefit kids. This year 2009 they were able to pay for one kid to participate in track at school when expenses are high and money for them is low. Also they have contributed to a teen center thrift store project which is raising money to buy programs for at risk youth. Thank you for your interest in the art and please come see us again.
